Cellulite is just regular fat beneath the skin.  The skin puckers and looks bumpy because the fat pushes against the connective tissue.  It appears more on women than men and anyone that is thin or overweight may have it.

1.  Exercise – take time in your day to incorporate a 20 to 30 minute walk.   It helps get the blood flowing through your body and will be an effective way to help get rid of cellulite

2.  Loose fitting clothing – tight clothes work against you as it impairs blood flow through those troubled areas.

3.  Detox – Drink a lemon juice and cayenne pepper drink 3 times a day.  You will notice improvement as it helps with elasticity and detoxification from the inside.

4.  Coffee Scrubs – Coffee stimulates your skin and helps improve blood flow when you rub the coffee grinds topically.  Use the grinds from your morning cup of joe and massage into your problem areas prior to your shower and leave it on for a couple of minutes.  Then shower and apply coconut oil.
