WHAT IS A SPA PARTY?
A spa party is where we bring luxurious spa treatments to the comfort of your home, hotel, office or special event. We provide everything needed for the spa portion of your event. We do require seating for your guests receiving hand and foot treatments, access to a sink and an outlet. We bring all our own supplies, linens and massage tables for your event.
WHY ARE SPA PARTIES SO POPULAR?
Spa parties are growing in popularity for three reasons:
- They are easy! All you need is a location and we bring the spa to you!
- They are affordable! By being able to stay “in” for a spa party, means you can provide all your own food and drinks and enjoy the celebration in the comfort of your home/venue!
- Quality! Guests love having the high quality services delivered to their door.
DO WE NEED TO HAVE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS?
We don’t require you to have a minimum of guests, however we do have a minimum of $120 in sales for a spa party. Please note that we have a $10+ travel fee per staff member sent, however if your sales for one practitioner is over $200 in sales we will waive the travel fee.
HOW LONG DOES A PARTY OR EVENT USUALLY TAKE?
Spa Parties are generally between 2-4 hours long in length we try our best to work within a time frame you have for the spa portion of your party. Contact us for a personalized quote.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AS A PARTY HOST?
Hosts book with us again and again because our parties are so easy to host and guests love attending. All you need to do is contact us to secure your date, and then send a link (online service request) to our site for your guests to reserve their treatments.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO WE ACCEPT?
We have a point of sales system through the square app, it accept all major credit cards, we can accept an interac e-transfer to info@signaturemobilespa.com as well. We may be sending you an online payable invoice online for deposits to secure your date.
DOES IT COST MORE TO HAVE A MOBILE SPA PARTY?
This is a common question we hear from potential clients. However, a mobile spa costs about the same as going to a day spa. We offer many different price points to accommodate everyone’s budget, guests can select anywhere starting at $35 per treatment up to $150+. Treatment prices are subject to 5% GST and doesn’t include gratuity. Check out our services page and see for yourself!

REFUNDS/DEPOSITS
Please note we don’t offer any refunds for any services rendered. We are all about solutions at Signature, if you have an issue with the service or treatment please let us know at the time of booking with the practitioner that was there at the appointment.
Deposits for Spa Parties and corporate events are non-refundable as we do reserve that particular date for your booking and don’t take on other bookings for that time we have reserved for your appointment
