Spa booking cancellations require 2 weeks advance notice. Cancellations occurring in advance of 2 weeks will receive their deposit back in the form of a credit that can be used towards an individual or another group booking.
We request that clients RSVP their treatments at least one week before their scheduled spa party. We will also ask for you to confirm the number of guests, desired spa services/party packages and any additional add-ons. We do reserve time and staff based upon final confirmations, full service charges will still apply on any no shows / late cancellations that happen within 48 hours of the party. We will however provide added spa services of equal value in place of the late cancellations and/or no-shows.
We would like to note that we understand family emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen to our clients. Even if our cancellation requirements are not met due to such circumstances, we will endeavour to reschedule your event. We will allow a 2-4 week grace period to reschedule your booking. Bookings that would be made passed that grace period will have to place another deposit down for their booking. If we honour the rescheduling of a late cancellation we also require that the overall party value remains the same or greater than previously booked.
