We would love to offer our services to anyone and everyone; however, there are some basic physical requirements that our customers must meet. Our practitioners are not trained to handle mobility issues and unfortunately, must refuse service if the customer cannot meet these requirements. Client information is confidential and written authorization is required to release any information. We will have a consultation with your therapist to discuss the session. Table Massages are done with clothing removed, you will be draped during the massage and at no time be exposed. You/We may end the session at anytime if inappropriate behavior arises. We have a zero tolerance and may prosecute to the full extent of the law. Client Agreement: I understand that therapeutic massage therapy does not diagnose, heal illness, disease, and any physical or mental disorder(s). I acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis. It is recommended that a physician be seen for that service. I understand that this treatment is designed to address the care and prevention of back and neck tension. I understand that at any time I feel pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapeutic massage practitioner. I have stated my pertinent medical conditions, and will update the massage practitioner if there are any changes in my health status. By my electronic signature below, I agree to the massage policy and client agreement above.

Please note we only treat men at a group event or couple setting
